Vegetables In Green Gravy A sweet and
pungent subzi.
Preparation time : 7 minutes. Cooking time : 7 minutes. Serves/Makes : Serves 2. Ingredients 1 cup mixed vegetables, chopped 1/4 cup paneer, cubes 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 green chilli, chopped 3/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup milk a pinch sugar 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon butter 1 teaspoon oil salt to taste Method 1. You can take cauliflower, french beans, carrot, capsicum as mixed vegetables. 2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and cook all the vegetables in it. Drain and keep aside. 3. Grind the coriander, garlic and green chilli into a smooth paste. 4. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and add the ground mixture to it. 5. Stir and add the coconut milk, milk, sugar, vegetables, paneer and salt and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. 6. Add the lemon juice and mix well. 7. Serve hot. Contributed by simran@karadmail.com |
