Quick Aloo Mutter
 A delicious accompaniment to your favourite roti.

Preparation time : 7 minutes. Cooking time : 5 minutes. Serves/Makes : Serves 2. Ingredients 2 boiled potatoes, cubed 1 cup green peas, boiled 1/4 capsicum, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 tablespoon cream a pinch sugar 1 teaspoon oil salt to taste 

Method 1. Heat the oil, add the onion, chilli powder and turmeric and stir for a few seconds. 2. Add the tomato puree, potatoes, green peas and capsicum and stir again. 3. Add the sugar and salt and mix well. 4. Just before serving, add the cream to the gravy and mix well. 5. Serve hot. Handy Tip(s) 1. Always keep boiled vegetables in your refrigerator so as to enable you to rustle up a fancy meal in minutes.
